Diamondful is pleased to provide a free lifetime upgrade to a natural diamond. 

Any acquired loose diamond from Diamondful, excluding lab-created diamonds, may be exchanged for credit equal to the original purchase price for a new

Diamond that is at least 50% more valuable. 

The diamond being upgraded must be in sellable condition with no defects and be accompanied by original paperwork to be qualified.

Colored gemstones, settings, jewelry, and lab-created diamonds are not eligible for upgrades.

Duty and taxes paid on the first purchase are not included in the upgrade credit. 

Before any credit is given, all relevant customs and taxes will be deducted from the replacement diamond's full retail price.

If the upgraded diamond cannot be set in your original engagement ring setting, you can purchase a new desired setting or mounting.
