Your return shipment must be postmarked within 14 days of
receiving it.
We're here for you! Contact our team via email or phone call with any questions about how to send back your product. Once the return is requested, we'll provide an insured shipping label and packaging instructions so that everything can be delivered safely back to us!
Returned items must be received in their original packaging, unused, unworn, and undamaged.
It's important that you include all your original packaging, a jewelry gift box and a GIA or IGI Certificate when returning an item. You must also make sure to return the goods as they were delivered with their diamond settings intact so we can process them in a timely manner!
Do not use the Diamondful jewelry box as a shipping box. Please re-use the cardboard shipping box provided or place it in an appropriate shipping carton to prevent damage in transit, and affix our prepaid, insured return label. Please keep a record of your tracking number so you may monitor
the status of your return shipment. We are not responsible for damages incurred in transit. If returns are improperly packaged and damaged in transit, we will not be able to fulfill your return.
Once we receive your item(s) and confirm they are in their original condition, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment.
If you wish to exchange the item, a member of our customer service team can assist you with a new purchase.
Due to import & export laws and fees, we can only accept returns that were originally shipped within the US and will be shipped back to us from within the US.

Jewelry that is engraved, has a signature cutout, or has been resized cannot be returned.
