What shipping companies do you use?

We take great pride in crafting elegant, high-quality fine jewelry for you. All our pieces are shipped and insured via FedEx with a ‘Signature Required’ so that they can arrive safely at their destination!

How long does domestic shipping take?

When your package has been shipped, you can expect it within 1-2 days. However, if shipping to a remote zip code it may take 2 -3 Days for delivery!

Do I have to pay the duty tax or will Diamondful take care of duty tax?

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs since it is out of our control.

Is my package insured?

Yes! We know you want your package delivered quickly and safely. That's why we provide secured shipping on all our packages, with full insurance until it reaches its destination!

Do you ship internationally?

International shipping is available for all orders! If you need help with anything else, please contact our customer service team.

How long does international shipping take?

International shipping can take 3-4 days to arrive at the destination country, but additional days are needed for customs. This process is handled by FedEx who acts as your broker during this time frame. We have no control over the timeframe on international shipping!

How much is shipping when I order my engagement ring?

Domestic and International Shipping is free for engagement ring orders

Do you require a signature upon receipt?

To make sure your package arrives safely, you need a responsible adult present at the shipping address to sign for all Diamondful packages.

What should I do if my jewelry is damaged when it arrives?

We know your jewelry is important to you and we want the best for it. If there's any damage during shipping, please take photos of what happened as soon as possible so that our team can help.
